We connect to your stack via read-only API. NDA signed before any access. Supported platforms: ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Halo PSA, NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, N-able. Does Roviret replace Atera?

No. Atera handles PSA ticketing and RMM monitoring. Keep using it for that. Roviret handles the one thing Atera doesn't: building and delivering a formatted monthly report to each of your clients. The two tools do different jobs. Most MSPs on Atera run Roviret alongside it without changing anything in their existing stack.

Does Roviret work with Atera's RMM data?

Roviret connects via API to the platforms listed in our supported integrations: NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, and N-able on the RMM side, and ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, and Halo PSA on the PSA side. If you run Atera as your RMM, get in touch and we will tell you directly whether an integration is in scope. We do not list platforms we cannot support.

What happens after we get the sample?

If the sample looks right, we scope the full setup. The $1,500 one-time setup covers API connections, data mapping, and your branded template build — typically completed in 30 days. After that, reports go out automatically every month for $600 flat, covering every client on your roster. There are no per-client fees and no long-term contract after the initial onboarding period. If the sample doesn't look right, you keep it and there is no further obligation.
