Syncro keeps your tickets moving, invoices going out, and endpoints monitored. That is the job it was built for. But every month, your clients see none of that work. Roviret connects to your PSA and RMM, pulls the data, and delivers a branded PDF report to every client automatically. No manual exports. No skipped months. No reports that only exist inside your own dashboard.
Syncro is a well-built tool. Ticketing, billing, invoicing, remote access, RMM monitoring in a single platform. For a small or mid-size MSP, that consolidation matters. Fewer logins. Fewer integrations to maintain. That is a real advantage. But there is a gap Syncro was not designed to close, and it shows up the same way for every MSP using it: clients do not know what you did last month.
The ticket data is in Syncro. The patch status is in Syncro. The endpoint health summary is in Syncro. None of it reaches the person who signs your contract. Syncro's reporting surfaces are built for your team, not for a business owner who wants a plain-English summary of what their IT spend actually bought them.
That gap is not a criticism of Syncro. It is a feature boundary. Syncro manages operations. It does not manage client communication. And no amount of Syncro customization turns internal ticket views into the kind of polished, branded monthly report that makes clients feel informed and confident in the service they're paying for.

Note: Roviret currently integrates with ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, and Halo on the PSA side, and NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, and N-able on the RMM side. Syncro is not in our current integration list. If you run Syncro as your primary PSA and RMM, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible.
We connect to your platforms via read-only API. NDA signed before any access. Supported PSA platforms: ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Halo. Supported RMM platforms: NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, N-able. This step takes 3 to 5 days and requires nothing from your team beyond sharing the API credentials. We cannot write to or modify anything in your systems.
We build your branded report template with your logo, your colors, and your client data mapped correctly. Reports look like they came from your company, not a third-party tool. We work through each account type so every report reads as specific and relevant, not a generic data dump.
Reports go out automatically every month. You review and approve before delivery, or we send directly to clients on your behalf. Either way, nobody on your team touches a spreadsheet or a slide deck. When APIs change or integrations need updating, we handle it. Maintenance is included in the monthly retainer.
Tell us your PSA and RMM. We build a fully formatted sample in 48 hours. No cost. No system access needed to get started.
No. Syncro handles ticketing, billing, invoicing, remote access, and RMM monitoring. Keep using it for all of that. Roviret handles the one thing Syncro was not built for: producing and delivering a formatted monthly report to each of your clients. The two tools are complementary. Roviret sits alongside your PSA and RMM — it does not compete with either one.
Not at this time. Roviret's current PSA integrations are ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, and Halo. On the RMM side, we support NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, and N-able. Syncro is not currently in our integration list. If Syncro is your only platform, reach out through the form and we will tell you honestly what options exist. We do not list integrations we cannot support.
A fully formatted PDF with four sections: an executive summary written in plain English for the business owner, service desk performance with ticket volume and SLA adherence, security and compliance showing threats blocked and patches applied, and backup and continuity with success rates and any failures resolved. Branded to your company. Built in 48 hours using anonymized data from a similar-sized MSP. No access to your live systems is needed for the sample.
If the sample looks right, we scope the full setup. The $1,500 one-time setup fee covers API connections, data mapping, and your branded template build. That typically takes 30 days. After that, reports go out automatically every month for $600 flat, covering every client on your roster. No per-client fees. No long-term contract after the initial onboarding period. If the sample does not look right, you keep it and there is no further obligation.
