Can I use both BrightGauge and Roviret?

What does the report actually include?

The report is branded to your MSP, not to Roviret. It reads like a document your company produced, because it is.

What happens when my PSA releases an update and the API breaks?

We fix it. Maintenance is included in the $600/month retainer. When ConnectWise or another platform changes their API behavior, we handle the reconnection and data remapping on our end. You don't file a ticket or wait for a dashboard to self-heal. It is one of the core differences between a self-service tool and a done-for-you service.
